On-Site Mixed Concrete is perfect for everything from small residential jobs to large-scale commercial ones! We only pour what you need, and we only start mixing once we’re on-site. Our Volumetric Mixer Trucks are state-of-the-art. Like mobile concrete plants, they have the capability of mixing exact ratios of concrete, multiple loads of concrete for different jobs and can deliver custom mixes on-site. Because everything is mixed inside our high-tech trucks, you always get the freshest concrete, whatever your project requirements.

That’s where Custom Mix Design comes in. Our operators and staff can help you determine the exact ratios to get the best results. Then, our Volumetric Mixer Trucks can mix it for you on-site. Because everything is mixed inside our trucks, we can adjust each material, which gives us the ability to change the durability, workability and strength of each mix. That’s why we can mix anything you require. Our trucks contain several additives and accelerants that can be adjusted to suit any concrete project. Tell us what you need and we’ll mix it for you on the spot. No more waiting for trucks to transit back and forth between a cement plant and your site. Controlled density fill (CDF)

Controlled Density Fill (CDF) is preferred for jobs that require a low-strength concrete, such as projects that require backfill or a sub-base, or for applications where temperatures are a concern, such as protecting pipes from the cold or absorbing heat from high-voltage electric lines.

Depending on your custom mix, we can design your concrete recipe to include flexible characteristics that allow material to flow into pipe encasements or large trenches. Just tell us what you need, and our concrete specialists will help you determine what kind of mixes or additives could be used to fit the demands of your project.

USC mobile mixers to handle the wet and dry processes used in producing materials for high strength, low permeability, and durable gunite and shotcrete. How to Calculate the Cost of a Concrete Pour

FLAT OR SQUARE SLAB CU3 FT.

The formula for cubic yards is this: Multiply the length (10 ft.) by the width (10 ft.) by the depth inches (.35 ft., or 4 in.) and divide it by 27 (the number of cubic feet in a cubic yard). You get 1.3 cu. yds.

COLUMN OR CYLINDER CU3 FT.

The formula for cubic yards is this: Multiply the Height (10 ft.) by the Diameter ft (10 ft.) by the depth (.35 ft., or 4 in.) and divide it by 27 (the number of cubic feet in a cubic yard). You get 1.6 cu. yds.

Strength. with a capacity of about 4,000 psi (pounds per square inch). If you live in a region with freeze/thaw cycles in winter, 5 percent air entrainment to help the concrete withstand freeze/thaw damage.

Cost. Use $90 per cubic yard as a ballpark figure for concrete prices, but concrete slab cost will vary applications. Delivery fee and spillage extra
