Controlled density fill (CDF)

Controlled Density Fill (CDF) is preferred for jobs that require a low-strength concrete, such as projects that require backfill or a sub-base, or for applications where temperatures are a concern, such as protecting pipes from the cold or absorbing heat from high-voltage electric lines.

Depending on your custom mix, we can design your concrete recipe to include flexible characteristics that allow material to flow into pipe encasements or large trenches.
